THE DISASTER MANAGEMENT ACT, 2005. ACT NO. 53 OF 2005, 23rd December, 2005.
An Act to provide for the effective management of disasters and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-sixth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
