THE PROHIBITION OF BENAMI PROPERTY TRANSACTIONS ACT, 1988. ACT NO. 45 OF 1988, 5th September, 1988.
An Act to prohibit benami transactions and the right to recover property held benami and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Thirty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:—
